ORDERS AND PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes across India.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply and will always be shown before you place the order. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.
Do you charge GST separately?
No. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, free of charge any time before dispatch. Email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but you can raise a return after delivery.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. After dispatch, metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 4 business days and the rest of India in 4 to 8 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Flat Rs. 199 across India. Free on all prepaid orders of Rs. 2500 and above.
How do I track my order?
We email and message you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, to selected countries, on prepaid orders only. International delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Customs duties in the destination country are payable by you.
SIZING AND FIT
How does Sugerrush fit?
Our tees are cut as a true oversized streetwear fit. If you want a boxier look, stay with your usual size. If you prefer it closer to the body, size down.
Where do I find measurements?
Every product page has a size chart with chest and length in inches. Our tees run from S to XL: S chest 42 inches and length 27 inches, M chest 44 and length 27.5, L chest 46 and length 28, XL chest 48 and length 28.5.
What fabric do you use?
Heavyweight 240 GSM terry cotton, double stitched, with a high density print finish. Soft, breathable and built to survive real washing.
How should I wash it?
Cold machine wash inside out, mild detergent, no bleach, do not iron directly over the print, and dry in shade. That keeps the print and colour sharp.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return window?
7 days from delivery, on unworn and unwashed items with tags intact.
Are exchanges free?
Your first size exchange on an order is free anywhere in India, subject to stock.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 business days of your return clearing our quality check. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, COD orders by UPI or bank transfer.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
PRODUCT AND BRAND
Will sold out drops come back?
Our releases are limited runs. Restocks are rare, so if a size is live and you want it, do not wait.
Where are your clothes made?
Designed and produced in India, in small batches.
Do you do bulk, college or collab orders?
Yes. Email us with your requirement, quantity and timeline.
