TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Sugerrush. These Terms of Service govern your use of sugerrush.in and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

PRODUCTS, SIZING AND COLOURS

All our garments are described as accurately as possible, including fabric weight, fit and measurements. Because our pieces are printed and finished in small batches, minor variations in print placement, wash and shade are natural and are not considered defects. Product images are shot as close to true colour as possible, but the colour you see can vary slightly by screen.

LIMITED EDITION DROPS

Many Sugerrush pieces are released as limited edition drops in restricted quantities. Once a size or design is sold out, we are not obliged to restock it.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, and modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, limit or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or listing error, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.

PAYMENTS

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partner, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner on secure, encrypted infrastructure.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery timelines, shipping charges and Cash on Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return, exchange and refund terms are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms of Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, graphics, prints, logos, photographs, copy and design elements on this website are the property of Sugerrush and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, print, resell or commercially exploit our designs or brand assets without our written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its normal operation, scrape it for commercial purposes, or use it for any unlawful activity.

CREATIVE CONTENT

Some Sugerrush designs use bold, satirical or provocative slogans as part of our creative expression as a streetwear label. These designs are intended for an adult audience and are not directed at anyone in particular. If a design is not for you, we simply ask that you choose a different one.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Our website relies on third party services such as our e-commerce platform, payment gateway, courier partners and analytics tools. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the service they provide.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugerrush is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from delays caused by events outside our control, including courier delays, strikes, natural events or network failures. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
