SHIPPING POLICY

Every Sugerrush order is packed and shipped from New Delhi, India.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Limited edition drops may take up to 72 hours to dispatch during high demand.

DELIVERY TIME WITHIN INDIA

Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. Remote or restricted PIN codes may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Flat shipping of Rs. 199 across India. Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders of Rs. 2500 and above.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, we email and message you the tracking link. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times. Please ensure the phone number you provide is reachable. If a parcel is returned to us because of an unreachable customer, an incorrect address or a refused COD order, any re-shipping cost will be payable by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only and typically take 7 to 15 business days. Customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges levied by the destination country are payable by the customer.

WRONG ADDRESS OR CHANGES

If you need to correct your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the parcel is dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.
